Email Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Email Designer to join our team at Success Talent, a leading multi-channel retail chain with over 50 stores and a successful website selling top luxury brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging, high-performing emails to an exceptionally high standard, from concept to signed-off layouts on deadline and on brand.
  • Work on regular email newsletters, tactical direct response campaigns, and automated journey-led communications.
  • Ensure emails are designed and built with best practice in mind, following our brand guidelines, and are responsive and render correctly across most used devices.
  • Collaborate with the wider CRM team to brainstorm new ways to engage the database and drive traffic to site and stores, informed by customer, business, and trend insight.
  • Support the CRM team with test and learn strategies.
  • Work closely with the content team to inspire and align with their onsite content calendar.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of previous email design experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience using drag-and-drop email building software.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email creation.
  • A keen eye for detail and knowledge of render testing platforms such as Litmus, Email on Acid, and GlockApps.
  • Interest in the luxury jewelry industry.
