About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Administrator to join our team at Lockheed Martin UK - Strategic Systems (LMUK SS). This role will provide essential support to the training department, ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a Training Plan on an annual basis, deconflicting training with production and operational activities.
  • Produce metrics for management to identify potential risks to achieving a Suitably Qualified and Experienced workforce.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of training completion, including booking resources, classrooms, and media, and preparing training materials.
  • Process purchase orders, quotations, and filing paperwork for training courses.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D Associate Manager, including answering phone calls, monitoring group mailboxes, and completing visitor access requests.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an Administration or Planning-related role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
