Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care for inpatients and outpatients, ensuring a high standard of care and welfare.
- Assist in surgical procedures, monitor anaesthetics, and provide post-operative care.
- Conduct nurse consultations, offering advice on preventative healthcare, nutrition, and routine procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the veterinary team, providing support in diagnostics, treatments, and patient management.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring excellent communication with both the veterinary team and clients.
- Ensure the clinic runs smoothly during your shifts, contributing to the overall efficiency and care standards of the practice.
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a veterinary practice, with confidence in handling a variety of cases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering high standards of patient care.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage a varied caseload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to embrace further training and development opportunities, including CPD and Certificates.
- Competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum (Depending on Experience).
- Flexible working week options (4 or 5-day week).
- 1:4 weekend rota with TOIL for weekends worked.
