IC Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers in the development of cutting-edge semiconductor solutions.
As an integral part of our client's dynamic engineering organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering exceptional products that meet the evolving needs of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for all phases of the IC design lifecycle, from conceptualization to production.
- Spearhead architectural development, encompassing transistor-level design, RTL implementation, and verification strategies.
- Oversee a comprehensive design process that includes DFT (Design for Testability), layout generation, and physical verification.
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment with market requirements and customer expectations.
- Cultivate a high-performing engineering team by mentoring, coaching, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design, with a proven track record of successful product development.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced CMOS fabrication processes and semiconductor device physics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing high-performing engineering teams.
