Job Title: Roofing Specialist

At ARC Group, we are currently seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supporting roofers with repairs and maintenance tasks on various construction sites around Brentwood and surrounding areas in London.

About the Role:
• Assist experienced roofers with repairing and maintaining roofs, ensuring high-quality results and adhering to safety standards.
• Perform general labouring tasks, such as handling materials, removing waste, and assisting with site preparations.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 25 years old with a valid driving license, as you will be provided with a company van for work purposes only.
• Proven experience working on construction or roofing sites is essential.
• Must possess basic hand tools, steel toe caps, and a high-visibility vest/jacket for personal protection equipment (PPE).

Compensation:
You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £14.40 (hybrid), along with a company van and fuel card for work-related use. Overtime opportunities are also available, ensuring a minimum of 8 hours per shift. This temporary ongoing role is expected to commence mid-January.
