About the JobWe are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Vocational Assistants.
As a Vocational Assistant, you will play a key role in helping individuals to develop new skills and achieve their goals, while working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of support.

Key Responsibilities- Delivering vocational training and support to service users
- Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
- Encouraging participation in community activities and social events
We are looking for individuals who possess a full UK driving license, are resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, and ideally have previous experience supporting individuals with autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
Benefits- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
