We're a company that values excellence and is looking for an experienced bid and proposal writer/manager to join our team.
As a Senior Bid Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and writing responses that showcase our capabilities.
You'll work closely with teams of subject matter experts to deliver compelling bids, proposals, and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a hybrid bid management/writing role, managing and writing content for formal bid and proposal submissions.
A first-class writing skillset, with the ability to write clear, well-structured, and well-phrased prose, is essential.
Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and write content for formal bid and proposal submissions
- Project-manage bid responses, supporting subject matter experts and contributors
- Author clear, compelling, compliant responses
- Suggest initiatives to improve our approach to bid and proposal creation
- Mentor colleagues across the business to upskill on managing and contributing to bids
Requirements:
- Recent experience in a hybrid bid management/writing role
- First-class writing skills
- Ability to form strong working relationships and influence at all levels
- Evidence of taking responsibility for key initiatives in your workplace
