We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing, mechanical, and fabric maintenance in a commercial building setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Tasks:

  • Plumbing: Unblocking toilets
  • Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems: Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Lighting: Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution
  • Emergency Lighting:
  • Water Treatment: Temperature checks / Not dosing
  • Chillers: Reset
  • Pumps and Motors:
  • BMS System: Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
  • UPS Systems: Monitor / Take readings
Requirements:

Candidates Must Have:

  • Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 etc
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Good communication skills
  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice
