Our Role
We are seeking a Passionate Store Team Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the store meets its targets.
You will work closely with the management team to maximise profit while maintaining our brand image. Your role will involve:
- Supervising staff to optimise the customer experience and drive sales
- Training, developing, and motivating staff to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance
- Ensuring all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Awareness and supervision of store presentation, including cleanliness, visual display, and merchandising
- Responsible for holding keys to the store, opening and closing the store, and completing relevant checklists
- Driving sales on the shop floor in the absence of senior management

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive:

Salary Estimate
The estimated annual salary for this role is £27,500, based on location and experience.
