As an Estimating Professional, you will be responsible for estimating mechanical building services projects within the range of £250,000 to £1 million. Job Responsibilities
  • Estimate mechanical building services projects within the specified budget range.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate estimates.
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to support estimate development.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Mechanical/Building Services estimating position.
  • A positive understanding of the Building Services industry and processes.
  • Potentially educated to HND/HNC or degree level in Building Services Engineering.
