**The Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Expert to join our team in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example and developing a carbon reduction plan that aims to deliver projects in a carbon neutral way.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in leading change programmes within a large business (with preferable rail industry experience). They will also have excellent IT knowledge, including the use of various software and systems to analyse and produce data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a carbon reduction plan that meets the company's goals.
  • Establish measures and metrics to track progress on the Carbon Reduction Programme.
  • Ensure carbon performance features in bid submissions and tendering processes.
  • Support business units in reducing their carbon footprint.
  • Manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) and opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading European supplier for railway electrification.
