We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team at the Structural Engineering Alliance Group. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be involved in the design and development of infrastructure projects, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage infrastructure projects using the latest software and tools.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to discuss design and technical solutions.
  • Ensure projects are appropriately resourced and delegated to team members.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Demonstrable record of involvement in the design of highways and infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of design tools within a BIM environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to offer solutions to challenges.
  • Able to work and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Confident, articulate, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills and career with training support.
  • Good time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage workload.
  • A good knowledge of CDM regulations, British standards, and EU regulations.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK to visit sites and other JMS offices.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK and ability to demonstrate proof when requested.
