About the Role

This position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an iterative and responsive dialogue to support delivery of business obligations and ongoing work to decarbonise the electricity network. The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management expertise, including stakeholder mapping, audience segmentation, and positive relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of a wide suite of engagement activities, including conferences, focus groups, surveys, and roundtables.
  • Work with internal colleagues to ensure the business is actively responding to insight and intelligence from stakeholders.
  • Take a lead on developing and maintaining digital spaces to share information and support stakeholder learning, as well as promoting engagement opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of the AI tri-angulation tool for reporting.
  • Provide professional advice to colleagues in developing engagement approaches for key projects or bespoke pieces of work.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering a range of stakeholder engagement opportunities across both face-to-face and digital spaces, ideally in large-scale complex industries.
  • Excellence in programme management and tactical engagement planning.
  • Digital expertise and creative approaches to ensuring we are maximising opportunities to support stakeholders through digital content.
  • Experience developing content for web publication and active management of web spaces.
  • A minimum GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Maths.
  • Excellent digital skills, including use of Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working closely with professional and executive level staff and external stakeholders.
  • Web publication and web management experience.
  • Digital engagement experience.
  • Experience in project or programme management.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £30,000 - £40,000.
  • Great benefits, including enrolment into our pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, agile working including flexible working hours, and a 10% Performance Related Annual Bonus.
