Support Worker Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Hf Trust. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing physical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Supporting individuals to engage in leisure, home, or work-related activities
  • Helping with household tasks and personal care
  • Supporting individuals with healthcare needs, including taking medication

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep in nights, weekends, and bank holidays
