The Role:

As a Golang Engineer, you'll be part of a key project that will enable TCS to widen its relationship with the client and drive growth in the account. This role will provide you with excellent growth opportunities, demanding the best out of your skills and requiring you to proactively explore new areas to build your knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of an agile team to deliver features with a focus on developing Golang-based microservices.
  • Lead and implement good development practices in the team, including consistent branching strategies, coding standards, BDD/TDD, CICD, and DevOps.
  • Involvement in every step of the software development life cycle, from design, development, testing, release changes, and troubleshooting whenever necessary.
  • Follow the Scrum Methodology, participating actively in sprint backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) software development methodology.
  • Good knowledge of DevOps and CICD, experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience with UNIX commands.
