Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Agent. As a Trainee Lettings Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

What We Offer:

  • £25,000 OTE per year

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
  • 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)
