Spire Healthcare is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Sanitation Specialist to become a vital part of our team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. In this position, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional cleaning services to maintain the hospital's high standards.

Role Objective:
To uphold the highest levels of patient satisfaction by ensuring that the cleanliness of the hospital meets Spire's policies and complies with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all hospital areas are cleaned according to established policies and complete all necessary documentation. Report any building and maintenance issues promptly. Execute scheduled cleaning tasks as outlined. Maintain all cleaning equipment in a pristine condition at the end of each shift. Adhere to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations diligently. Promote the core values of Spire Healthcare.Ideal Candidate:
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Previous experience in a professional cleaning role is preferred. Flexibility to work on weekends is required. Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous. Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH is necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Proficiency in IT and familiarity with MS Office applications. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks. Ability to foster effective working relationships internally and externally. Strong numerical skills. Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
