About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Starbucks, located at Birmingham International Airport. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hot and cold drinks for customers
  • Serve customers at the till and take payments
  • Maintain all unit displays in accordance with company standards
  • Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
