Job Overview

Flagship Consulting seeks a highly skilled Associate Landscape Architect to lead regional projects and contribute to business development in Manchester. Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with Clients: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Project Management: Lead regional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  3. Team Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment to drive project success.
Requirements
  1. At least 6 years of experience working as a landscape planner.
  2. Academic qualification in landscape architecture, geography, or a related environmental discipline.
  3. Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute (or equivalent experience).
  4. Experience with landscape/townscape visual impact appraisals and assessments, including environmental statement chapters.
  5. Commercial awareness and business development experience.
  6. Experience working in multi-disciplinary master planning teams.
  7. Strong client and project management skills.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Able to mentor and motivate junior team members.
  10. Alignment with company values.
  11. Full UK driving license.
