Job Summary:

Chevron is seeking a highly skilled Product Trader to join our dynamic organization. As a Product Trader, you will be responsible for generating and developing sound trading strategies that result in increased profitability for the book.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Products Supply & Trading teams price exposure relating to the London Physical Products portfolio.
  • Identify and execute profitable trading strategies, managing associated price exposure utilizing financial instruments.
  • Negotiate spot & term contracts and ensure each contract is performed in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Communicate clearly strategy, transactions, position and operational requirements to regional and global teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree Level (or equivalent) in one of the following fields is preferred: Chemical Engineering, Economics, Business.
  • Excellent record - in previous and current roles - of being strongly driven towards future success.
  • Demonstrated leadership, positive influence and teamwork behaviours.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic high-pressure diverse team environment.
