Clinical Psychologist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our adult mental health services in East Sussex. As a Principal Practitioner Psychologist, you will provide clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our service users.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of psychologists and psychological therapists
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve service user outcomes
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

Person Specification- Postgraduate doctoral level training in applied psychology
- Registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience of working in adult mental health services
