Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to lead the development and management of our Business Intelligence function.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Development Team, responsible for designing, developing, and managing systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable data flow within the organization.
  • Own the management of databases, ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements
  • University degree or relevant experience in industry.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Azure services.
  • Expertise in Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse, as well as the Microsoft BI stack.
  • Solid understanding of Kimball principles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
