We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Perega (formerly Thomasons Limited). As a key member of our infrastructure division, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of engineering principles. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients to ensure project goals are met.

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, EOT annual bonus, performance-related bonus, and family-friendly policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Higher National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
