Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Grandir UK. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, while also enjoying the flexibility of working across our clustered nurseries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a positive and supportive environment for children to learn and develop.
- Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment, promoting a sense of community and inclusivity.
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners, promoting learning and development.
- Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage, promoting high-quality care and education.
- Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times, promoting a culture of respect and professionalism.
- Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained, promoting trust and integrity.
- Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required, promoting ongoing professional development.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £13.70, recognizing your skills and experience.

- Qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field.

- Willingness to attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required, promoting ongoing professional development.
