Rubicon Consulting is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for representing the commercial project and ensuring its successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and monitor production plans and schedules to achieve project goals.
- Allocate and manage production budgets for projects under your control.
- Deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
- Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Master Production Scheduler, Head of Manufacturing, and Project Manager to ensure project success.
- Facilitate project planning and coordination with procurement and production teams.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, including schedule adherence, cost, and quality.
- Address project issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- 3+ years of project experience in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and project planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
