SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Description: Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support a small cohort of children who display challenging behaviour and have social, emotional mental health needs in an 'Outstanding' two form entry Mainstream Primary School based in Didcot.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children with SEMH, ASD, team teach training, ADHD and other special educational needs
* Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans
* Provide emotional support and guidance to children
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field
* Experience working with children with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
