We are seeking a skilled Senior Administrator to join our Business Services & Outsourcing team at BDO. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in planning and organisation, ensuring our projects operate seamlessly and cooperation remains strong across our firm.

As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of system administration tasks for the data systems within BSO, primarily the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This will include developing training materials for end users, producing newsletters and posting updates and tips to our internal communications channel, Viva Engage, managing access to the system and to the client portal, carrying out data management work and data imports, assisting with maintaining, updating and testing of system configuration, and providing first tier support for end users via Teams, email, and Viva engage.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sharepoint, and experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI) is desirable. You should also have good troubleshooting and problem solving skills, be quality oriented with strong attention to detail, and have experience preparing and delivering training.
