We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Children's Occupational Therapy Service as a Therapy Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills in Occupational Therapy and work with children with complex physical and sensory disabilities.
Main Duties
- Assist qualified therapists in assessment and review appointments
- Support children and their families with strategies delegated by the occupational therapist
- Help children achieve goals
- Support children to undertake activities of daily living
- Assist with group sessions such as 'Sensational Thinking'
