Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on short-term contracts, typically ranging from four weeks to six months, both in our offices and on client sites. This role requires at least two years of consulting experience in healthcare and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Key ResponsibilitiesProblem-Solving Capabilities
  • Independently structure and carry out analysis within a specific workstream end-to-end.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in problem-solving and utilise tools such as storyline and draft documents.
  • Effectively synthesise information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Research independently using multiple methods and stay updated on relevant topics.
  • Organize and execute problem-solving meetings efficiently.
  • Contribute to discussions during internal meetings.
Delivering Results
  • Meet deadlines for own work and collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure effective collaboration and avoid misunderstandings.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the team.
  • Manage expectations and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Leadership and Change Management
  • Analyse the impact of change on clients and develop strategies to mitigate its effects.
  • Support planning and facilitating workshops and focus groups.
