We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Home Treatment Support Worker or Nursing Associate to join our Children and Young People's CAMHS Eating Disorder Service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and young people with eating disorders, and their families, to provide specialist interventions and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interventions in the family home, in clinic, and via online platforms as part of our Home Treatment offer.
- Support the transitions of young people out of inpatient units.
- Work closely with our team of professionals to provide specialist interventions, physical observations, and anorexia-nervosa-focused family therapy support for eating disorders in the community.
- Liaise with other CAMHS specialist teams, wider trust teams, and external partners to ensure effective care and support.
- Travel independently around the county to meet service needs, requiring a full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
