Requirements:

  • SC Clearance: Essential for this role; applicants must meet the eligibility requirements.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in user research, ideally within public sector projects.
  • GDS Expertise: Proven knowledge of GDS principles and practical application in service design.
  • Experience in creating user journey maps, process maps, and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • A track record of working within agile delivery environments.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum.
