Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Architect to join our team at BlackCode.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital solutions and architecture to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex digital solutions.
  • Conduct technical and functional analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Lead client workshops and facilitate solution discovery and definition.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital solutions and architecture, with a focus on travel retail and distribution software.
  • Expertise in defining, building, and testing complex digital solutions and integrations.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with experience in coordinating requirements and solution design workshops.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with NDC and ONE Order systems, merchandising solutions, fare shopping and pricing engines.
  • Knowledge of airline revenue management systems, dynamic pricing systems, personalization and recommendation engines.
