About the Job: As an Inventory Management Supervisor at GES, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff, and working with the Warehouse Manager on all Health and Safety requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing warehouse processes to enhance overall performance, and providing regular reports and updates to management on warehouse activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
  2. Knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse procedures is essential.
  3. You are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.


Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays). You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required.
