Are you an ambitious and experienced construction professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Estimator to join our team in Gillingham, Kent.

This is a key role within our market-leading company that specialises in façade and cladding redemption. As a Construction Estimator, you will work closely with our Marketing and Business Development Manager to generate estimates, manage tender proposals, and liaise directly with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare compliant tenders and support the commercial and contracts departments from the office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor. You should be able to quantify cladding work from engineering drawings, create and manage budgets for tenders and projects, and liaise with commercial, procurement, and client teams.

We offer a dynamic and stable work environment, with ample training and progression opportunities. The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits, depending on your experience and qualifications.
