Deliver Strategic Value as a Senior Investment Manager in Real Assets

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Delta Executive Search as a Senior Investment Manager in Real Assets. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the success of our clients in the Middle East.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fund investment activities, analyzing and selecting real asset funds, and managing relationships with external fund managers. You will provide strategic insights into fund selection, performance monitoring, and contribute to the overall real asset investment strategy within our clients' portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Analysis and Selection: Conduct thorough due diligence, analyze investment opportunities, and select funds across real asset sectors.
  • Investment Strategy: Evaluate both credit and equity proposals, understanding their impacts on diversified real assets portfolios.
  • Portfolio Management: Track record in managing or contributing to diversified real asset portfolios, with skills in performance monitoring, risk assessment, and portfolio rebalancing.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external fund managers and other stakeholders within the real assets space.
  • Reporting and Communication: Experience in generating performance reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in real assets, infrastructure, natural resources, or real estate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or CFA designation.

Compensation:

Estimated salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
