Residential Development Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's growing commercial team in Sutton, Surrey. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on high-quality residential projects, providing commercial support to the team, and contributing to the company's continued success.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Provide commercial support to the team, including preparing and managing quotations, tenders, and contracts.
• Work closely with the commercial lead and MD to ensure accurate forecasts and budgets are in place.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Your Ideal Background
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has a strong background in residential development, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. If you have a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and progress, we would love to hear from you.
