Family Travel Specialist Job Description

At Get Your Beach On Travel, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Family Travel Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Family Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable family vacations by providing exceptional travel planning services to our clients.

About the Role

This is a remote position that offers a flexible schedule, exciting travel perks, and the chance to grow with an award-winning travel group. As a Family Travel Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with families to understand their unique travel preferences and create customized recommendations that match their interests.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with families to understand their travel preferences and create personalized recommendations
* Manage reservations for hotels, excursions, dining, and more to ensure seamless travel experiences
* Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve any concerns
* Organize detailed, family-friendly itineraries that include accommodations, activities, and special events tailored to meet each family's desires

Requirements

* Fluency in English, multilingualism is a plus
* Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
* Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
* Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
* Full training provided
* Work part-time or full-time
* No experience necessary
* Computer or smartphone required
