Job Description

As a Design and Build Project Manager with Clearfield, you will play a key role in delivering residential construction projects within the M25 area. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including site management, risk assessment, and quality control.

You will work closely with our design team to ensure that all projects meet the required standards and specifications. A strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety protocols is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid CSCS Card
  • A valid SMSTS certification
  • A valid First Aid certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience as a No1 Site manager with an SME main contractor

This role offers a competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
