As a Sales Manager MICE for Melia Hotels International, you will be responsible for driving new business development and account management for Meetings Incentives Conferences and Events across our 3 London hotels. Your mission is to execute the MICE sales strategy for your designated hotels, exceeding annual budget targets in room sales and ARR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the MICE sales strategy for assigned hotels, meeting defined business plan objectives.
  • Support other sales team members in sales initiatives, including show rounds, FAM trips, presentations, reports, and more.
  • Enhance the company's image by staying abreast of industry developments, participating in events, and networking with key stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive account management, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the FOCUS System to ensure up-to-date information.
