Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate French Teacher to join our team at a large secondary school in the Dover area. The ideal candidate will be confident in teaching French to KS4 students and will have proven experience of teaching French in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taught French to KS4 students
  • Delivered engaging lessons to promote student progress
  • Developed and implemented effective behavior management strategies
  • Maintained high expectations of students across KS3 and KS4

The successful candidate will be required to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, a strong understanding of the French curriculum, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  2. Energetic and enthusiastic about teaching the French curriculum
  3. Proven experience as a French Teacher across KS3 and KS4
  4. Possess strong behaviour management skills
  5. Legal Right to Work in the UK
  6. Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
