Head of Lifestyle Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Lifestyle Services team at Insignia Group of Companies.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Concierge services and travel department, ensuring a seamless and exceptional member experience. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to instill consistency of Insignia standards and drive innovation in service levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Concierge services team, ensuring high motivation and performance standards.
- Build and structure a global team of professional Concierges.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Head of Personal Assistant & Board to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and review department performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide written reports to the Board and Head of Lifestyle Boutique on department performance and member satisfaction.
- Professional demeanor and experience in a luxury environment.
- Fluent English and at least 2 additional European languages (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, French, or Mandarin).
- At least 8 years' experience as Concierge/Front Desk Supervisor in luxury resorts and/or luxury brands.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
