Location: Richmond (hybrid working 1/2 days a week in office)

- Hourly rate: £23.15 PAYE - £30.11 Umbrella

- Contract Type: Temporary

- Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 36 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver the Social Care Academy programmes, ensuring a high level of stakeholder engagement and collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Develop and implement training materials and resources, monitoring budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing outstanding customer service and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, working closely with the team to ensure the programmes meet the evolving needs of the industry.
