We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team at KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team in preparing high-quality meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen team in food production, working with fresh ingredients to create delicious meals.
- Prepare hot and cold snacks and deli items to order, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Conduct food preparation checks to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Clean and maintain all back-of-house and kitchen preparation areas and equipment.
- Ensure the back-of-house area is closed and prepared to company standards at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
