About the Role:

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our client's Real Estate division in Leeds. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in commercial real estate and be able to provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior team members in managing, progressing, and completing real estate transactions for a variety of clients, including local entrepreneurs and international blue-chip investors.
  • Work on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant matters, investment acquisitions and sales, commercial development projects, and housebuilder development work.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of the Real Estate division.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 years PQE
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions
  • Eagerness to collaborate with senior team members and contribute to high-profile projects
