About the Role:

We are seeking a Behaviour Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Specialist, you will work with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and provide support to help them manage their behaviour and improve their academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEMH needs in managing their behaviour and improving their academic outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to support the SEMH needs of students.
  • Provide individual and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Assist students in developing positive relationships with their peers and teachers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counselling, social work or related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques or willingness to learn.
