Key Responsibilities- Deliver stock to customers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all stock is checked and verified at the point of delivery.
- Organize delivery routes in a logical and economical manner, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as a member of the Warehouse Distribution Team, communicating clearly and collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Participate in work in the warehouse while not making deliveries, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
- Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Be over the age of 20 years old.
- Have proven working experience in Delivery Driver positions, with a focus on multi-drop driving within the London area.
- Be an effective communicator and self-motivated individual, with a strong customer service focus.
- Hold a basic understanding of customer service practices and solid communication and interpersonal skills.
