Social Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Social Care Assistant to join our team in Sheffield, UK.
About the Role:This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) with an initial 3-month contract, potentially leading to extension.
You will work closely with Social Workers to assess the needs of children and young people with disabilities and their families, contributing to targeted support delivery. Essential requirements include experience working in social care or similar settings and a valid UK driving license.
