Role OverviewAs a key member of our team at Nextgen Recruits Careers, the Assembly Technician will play a vital role in supporting and assisting operators in running machinery. This position requires strong communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational standards while optimising efficiency. They will work closely with the operator to achieve daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity. A good understanding of process and product quality standards is essential, along with the ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,211 per annum, based on 37.5 hours of work per week. The shift pattern includes 3 rotating shifts (mornings, nights, evenings) with no weekends.
