Business Analyst Opportunity in Commodity Trading
**About the Role**
Cititec Talent is working with a commodity trading firm to find a Business Analyst to join their Change team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working on complex business change projects and a solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, ideally in commodities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work closely with front-to-back office teams on various change-focused projects, including remediation of segregation of duty violations, change impact analysis/assessments, organisation design activity, and access management projects.
* Conduct impact analysis and impact assessments, including FTE analysis, and experience with segregation of duty conflicts across front-to-back office roles.
* Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective solutions.
**Requirements**
* Recent experience working on complex business change projects.
* Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, ideally in commodities.
* Experience working in a consultancy and with access management projects.
* Strong experience with impact analysis and impact assessments, including FTE analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Working Arrangements**
* 4 days in the London offices with 1 day WFH.
