We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, focusing on activities that require strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibility will be to manage software licenses, operate order systems, and ensure security compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

· Manage software licenses: Process software license request tickets for specific software packages, ensuring users have the tools they need to succeed.

· Operate order systems: Utilise our customer's ordering system (Coupa) to process approved software license requests efficiently.

· Ensure security compliance: Work closely with the Security team to consult the repository of authorized software and validate requests, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.

· Innovate and improve: Propose improvements to the license management processes, streamlining operations for better efficiency.

· License renewal management: Follow up on the renewal of specific licenses, ensuring continuous access to essential software.

Requirements:

· Local presence: Ability to be onsite at our customer's office 3 days a week.

· UK residency and citizenship: Required for Security Clearance (SC) application, ensuring you're ready to handle sensitive information.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
